We treat every job with the same urgency, and our mail is collected daily - so as soon as we receive it, we'll give you a call to discuss a plan of action for repairing or upgrading your device.

If you do use Australia Post your device into us please use the Registered Post service, to give some protection to your computer.
Australia Post will have a tracking number so we can follow your parcel's journey.
We do not accept liability for computers lost in transit. It hasn't happened as of yet, although it's better to be safe than sorry.
